We're excited to have you on board. These Terms & Conditions ('Terms') explain your rights and responsibilities when using Zurihrm, our SaaS human resource management platform. By signing up, you agree to these Terms—so please read them carefully!

1. Your Account

- You need to create an account to use Zurihrm. Please keep your login details secure.
- You're responsible for all activity on your account, so make sure your team follows these Terms too.

2. Free Trial & Subscriptions

- We offer a 14-day free trial so you can explore Zurihrm before committing. During this period, you get access to all core features.
- After your trial, you'll need to choose a subscription plan:
  - Basic Plan – Ideal for small teams.
  - Pro Plan – Perfect for growing businesses.
  - Enterprise Plan – Custom solutions for large organizations.

3. Payments & Refunds

- Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually, depending on your selected plan.
- Payments are processed securely via Stripe, PayPal, or credit/debit cards.
- If you're not satisfied, we offer a 7-day refund policy.
- If a payment fails, we’ll notify you. Continued non-payment may result in account suspension.

4. Refund Policy

- If you're unsatisfied with Zurihrm within the first 7 days of your paid subscription, you can request a refund.
- Refunds do not apply to renewal charges, usage-based fees, or add-ons.
- Refunds are processed within 10 business days back to your original payment method.

5. Acceptable Use

- Use Zurihrm responsibly! No illegal, harmful, or abusive activities.
- Don't try to hack, scrape, or overload our system.

6. Data & Privacy

- We take data protection seriously. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

7. Service Availability

- We strive for 99.9% uptime, but occasional maintenance or unexpected downtime may occur.
- We’re not responsible for interruptions due to third-party services.

8. Termination

- You can cancel anytime. If you cancel before your next billing cycle, you won’t be charged further.
- We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Liability & Disputes

- We do our best, but we’re not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or third-party failures.
- If a dispute arises, let’s try to resolve it amicably.
